Your journal is yours. No one reads it — not the master, not the team that maintains the platform.
Below, the details. This page is an initial version; before launch it will be completed with the legal basis for each processing activity, the retention periods and the detail of subprocessor providers.

What data we store
Whatever is needed for the service to work: your account (email and, if you use it, authentication with an external provider), the seasons you've configured, the conversations with the master and your journal entries. Nothing more.

Where it is
In a managed database with encryption at rest and in transit. The specific region will be documented before launch.

Who accesses it
You access your data whenever you sign in to your account. The technical team only accesses minimal, essential information to maintain the service (errors, support if you request it). The master receives the messages of your active conversation to reply to you; it doesn't receive your journal.

Your rights
Access to your data, rectification of anything incorrect, full deletion, objection to processing and portability where applicable. You write and it's handled.

How to delete your account
From Settings, with confirmation. Deletion is permanent and includes your seasons, conversations and journal. No copies remain except those strictly necessary by legal obligation, for the minimum period and without operational access.
