How it works

From setup to closing

The whole flow, step by step. There's no initial tutorial or welcome video: the first time you open the app, you're already inside.

  1. 01

You choose the goal and configure the season

Before you begin you name the concrete goal you want to finish this season —a book, a project, a thesis, a change of body, a decision—. That goal is the anchor of everything that comes after. Then you configure the essentials: duration, tone, intensity, restrictions you want to honour, and the name the master uses for you —or none, if you prefer to stay anonymous.

    • Goal: free field, one per season.
    • Duration: 2, 4 or 6 weeks.
    • Tone: secular or religious.
    • Intensity: light, balanced or strict.
    • Restrictions: free field, optional.
  2. 02

    It begins on confirmation

The season starts the day you confirm it. The master doesn't appear out of nowhere: it accompanies you with awareness of your goal, the moment of the day, how many days you've kept and the phase you're in. That awareness isn't announced; it's felt in what it says.

  3. 03

    Each day has three entries

Greeting the master on rising opens the morning guide, with the blocks of deep work on your goal. The night examination closes the day: you review what you advanced, what you avoided, what's pending. In between, if something concrete comes up, you consult. No extra chatter. No reminders.

  4. 04

    You keep a private journal

Each day you can leave an entry in your journal. Only you read it: not the team, not the master. You can write or upload photos of handwritten pages. The form is whatever you choose; the content isn't shared.

  5. 05

The calendar shows progress, it doesn't reward

In the calendar you see the days with a connection and the days with an entry. There are no streak counters, no medals, no alerts if you skip a day. The season is lived, not scored.

  6. 06

    The season ends with harvest

The last day arrives and the season closes with an honest review: what was finished, what was left half-done, what comes next. If you want to start another, you start it. If you want to stop, you stop. No guilt, no upsell, no retention email.
