One goal · one season · one master

La Orden

Finish what you've been putting off for years. A season in monk mode, accompanied by a master who holds you to account every night.

You choose the goal before you begin. Four weeks are built around it.

Scroll

You know what you want to do.

But the day slips away between screens, and the goal is right where it was a year ago.

The method

Choose a goal. Enter monk mode for a season.

The master turns it into a path made for you: a few stretches, each with its focus and what it asks of you. Not a stock plan — yours.

Your season · 4 weeks

  1. Resettlingnow

    Days 1–5

Settle a single anchor. Let the gap exist before you fill it.

  2. Deepening

    Days 6–18

Short but non-negotiable blocks on your goal.

  3. Plateau and trial

    Days 19–25

Hold when the tiredness comes. This is where it's won or lost.

  4. Harvest

    Days 26–28

Close it, and look at the whole season.

The master

It holds you to account. Every day.

No frills, no pats on the back. It names what you avoid, won't let you dress up the day, and sends you back to the work.

Master

Let's review the day. This morning I left you a question: did you return to the text each time the mind wandered off?

I came back a few times, but in the afternoon I let myself be dragged into a long conversation and didn't do the second block.

Master

What you call the conversation ran long is not that. What was it? Chapter four is now in debt; the draft doesn't write itself. Tomorrow start with the meditation and the block you missed. Don't dramatise it, do it.

The day

Your day, laid out.

Blocks of deep work, meditation and rest, fit to your real rhythm. A “now” that moves with you.

Journal and chest

Leave a record. Page by page.

Each day you can write an entry, and attach a photo of the page if you wrote it by hand. It's never sent to the master: it's your space. At the end, the chest gathers the whole season, day by day, to read it back.

Only you

The first morning without my phone

The first two hours were hard. Then, silence, and I got further than in the whole week. Leaving the page here to remember.

The season

At a glance, with no streaks to punish you.

Just the path and where you are. Every day you show up stays; every day you don't, too. Honesty, not gamification.
